I have a window xp system, Firefox browser. Some of the pages (documentation) come up blank. Is there a solution? Thankyou

I opened a page that was supposed to have instructions about the course. The web page showed up but not the document that contained the instructions. Could it be blocked java script- just learning about all of this.
